Maternity Test

A maternity test determines whether a tested female is the biological mother of a child. This test is commonly used in adoption and immigration cases to verify biological relationship.

Immigration DNA Test

When the primary documents including birth certificate, family correspondence, marriage certificate and others are not available or can’t satisfy the immigration officers, a DNA test may be requested to prove biological relationship between a petitioner and beneficiaries. These types of tests routinely include a paternity test, a maternity test or a siblingship test.

Grandparentage Test

A grandparentage test determines the biological relationship between a child and the alleged grandparents. This test can be used as an indirect way to prove paternity when the alleged father is not available for testing.

Siblingship Test

Two individuals are tested to determine if they are half or full siblings. This test can be performed with or without the mother getting involved.

Genetic Reconstruction

Genetic reconstruction is a series of DNA tests performed to determine if a child is related to certain members on her paternal and/or maternal side of the family.

Twin Zygosity Test

A twin zygosity test determines whether twins are fraternal or identical.

Viability Test

A viability test determines whether there is enough DNA in an unusual sample other than buccal swab or fresh blood that can be used in a paternity or other DNA test.
